The 2024 points will be determined as follows:

 

• Drivers must have a valid 2024 INEX License and 2024 East Coast Legend membership. East Coast Legend points are awarded to the driver only.

• The car must display the 2024 East Coast Legend Series decal. 

• Please see bottom of the home page for miss/drop race procedures (New for 2024)

• Points will be awarded for feature finishes only (no heat finishes).

• In the event of a tie for any position the following tie-breaker will be used:

 

1. Most East Coast Series Events entered 

2. Most East Coast Series Cars Feature Wins 

3. Most East Coast Series Second Place Finishes 

4. Most East Coast Series Third Place Finishes 

5. Most East Coast Series Fourth Place Finishes 

6. Most East Coast Series Fifth Place Finishes and so on.

Race Points will be awarded as follows:

Position Points: 1st: 110 2nd: 97 3rd: 94 4th: 91 5th: 88 6th: 86 7th: 84 8th: 82 9th: 80 10th: 78 11th: 76 12th: 74 13th: 72 14th: 70 15th: 68 16th: 67 17th: 66 18th: 65 19th: 64 20th: 63 21st: 62 22nd: 61 23rd: 60 24th: 59

If more than 24 cars start the feature the 25th on back positions will receive 55 points. Driver’s that attempt but do not qualify for a feature will be awarded 50 points.

Awards: In order to receive season-ending awards, you must be present at the awards banquet.
